This is what the participants can look forward to: 

Users receive an email with their personal access data to the learning platform. After logging in, they see the course activated for them with the respective learning modules. 

Each learning module is structured in the same way:  

  • First, the important contents such as models or inspirations are explained in a 3-8 minute video tutorial.
  • Then the assignments follow. These are coaching-based transfer questions in order to transfer the impulses into one’s own daily leadership or work routine.
  • The assigned coach reads through the reflections and answers before the respective live Pitstop and prepares for the users individually
  • In the live appointment, personal experiences and situations can then be specifically discussed and insights and next steps can be recorded 

Digital learning, instead of boredom in the classroom includes 

  • Access to the online course for 3 months 
  • Individual use with 1:1 coaching support or as a course for up to 12 participants* with live moderated online pitstops.
  • Inspiring video nuggets with English and German subtitles.
  • Workbook to print out, capture thoughts and reread
